Toddler Sleep Training

This is our most popular program. With a tailored plan of action and close contact with your coach, your baby / young toddler will be on track to sleeping better and by her/himself in 3 weeks, at both bedtimes and naptimes.

* If your child is within this age range but has transitioned to sleeping in a bed, depending on circumstances, the > 2-years sleep program may be more appropriate.

Bedtime support: 

1st night: 7-10pm via a combination of videocall, baby camera access (if available) & WhatsApp

2nd and 3rd nights: 7-9pm via WhatsApp text


Coaching support:

4x 45-min call support

Spread across a 3-week duration

3 weeks of WhatsApp support

3 weeks of Sleep Log Monitoring

In-Person Support


You will get: 

Everything in the Virtual Support, with the exception that the:

90min consultation (5:30-7pm)

1st night Bedtime support (7-10pm)
is done face-to-face in your home
